A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/14/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection has also been conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-F Description: Based on record review and interview, staff who work directly with children did not complete the department's health and safety update course.
Evidence: Staff #3 did not complete the annual health and safety update course for 2022 and 2023. The most recent health and safety update course was completed on 4/9/2021.Plan of Correction: I will make sure they schedule to do the update.
