A complaint inspection was initiated and completed on April 20, 2023 regarding concerns of administration and special services. During the inspection, the inspector completed interviews with staff and collateral witnesses. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore the complaint is determined to be not valid.
