An announced initial inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:45 am. There were children (2-5yrs.) directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, new sample children?s records, medications policies, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected/ reviewed. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, and eating snack. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also discussed. There was an supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training.
