A complaint inspection was initiated on April 17, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received on April 10, 2023 in reference to behavior guidance and injury reports. Documentation was gathered, records were reviewed, and interviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regards to the complaint.
