An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 1, 2020. There were 16 children present with 3 staff supervising. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, evacuation logs, attendance logs, menus, first aid kits and emergency preparedness information was reviewed. The children were observed handwashing, playing games and preparing to go to the gym. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice.
