An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today after school.
There are 25 children present with 2 staff.
2 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed at the main office at another time.
4 child records were reviewed.
Children were observed arriving at the program, washing hands, eating snack and playing with a variety of activities.
Emergency evacuation drills, menu posting, first aid supplies, bathroom supplies and child "spots" for personal belongings were all in compliance. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.
The report will be typed off site and emailed for signatures. LI was present today from 2:54PM - 3:45PM.
