A complaint inspection was initiated on April 18, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received on March 27, 2023 in reference to care, protection, and guidance and supervision. Documentation was gathered and interviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regards to the complaint.
