Discussed with the provider: reviewing medication authorization forms to ensure that effective dates match.

An unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place on 05/17/2023 between the hours of approximately 7:55 a.m. and 8:40 a.m. There was 1 classroom observed with a total of 26 children with 3 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with legos, creating crafts and preparing to go to breakfast. Positive interactions between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant was conducted. Children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and injury reports were observed during this inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
