A renewal inspection was conducted on 05/19/2023. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-430-K Description: Based on observation the center did not ensure there was provision for an individua placed for each child's belongings.
Evidence:
The children's back packs and lunch boxes were observed lined-up on the floor and was not stored in an individual place.Plan of Correction: The center has cubbies with the children's names on them, however they were not used today. The director will remind staff that the individual spaces made for each child should be used.
