An unannounced inspection was conducted on April 17, 2023, in response to a complaint that was received on April 5, 2023 in reference to diaper changing. Documentation was gathered and reviewed, and interviews were conducted.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards regarding the complaint.
No violations were issued as a result of this investigation.
