A complaint investigation was conducted on 05/22/2023. The complainant alleged inadequate reporting of children's injuries and staff/child interaction. The investigation included review of records and documentation, classroom observations and interviews.
The information gathered during the investigation did not determine a preponderance of evidence to support the allegations of non-compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
