A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted beginning 4/27/2023 and concluded 5/4/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 21 children were present with 4 caregivers. The children were engaged in the following: coloring, tracing letters, completing crafts, playing with play dough, and eating snack. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, 2 medications, and 5 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
