An unannounced Monitor Inspection was conducted on May 10, 2023. Upon arrival at 2:15 PM there were a total of 16 children under the care of 3 staff present during today's inspection. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-540-C Description: Based on inspection, the Licensee failed to have required first aid supplies.
EVIDENCE:
The center's first aid kit did not include tweezers and scissorsPlan of Correction: Director will restock first aid supplies. The first aid kit will be reviewed weekly to ensure it's properly stocked.
