Childcare staff who originally completed fingerprint searches in 2018 will need to renew those through FieldPrint prior to expiration. Please reach out directly to OBI for codes or assistance at 804-726-7884.

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Four children were present with two staff which is within ratio for supervision. Observed children hand washing, transition to snack (bought from home) and preparation to go outside. Reviewed emergency preparation (frills, first aid kit, injury reports and trainings) as well as records for two children. No medication was reported to be on-site the day of the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
