A complaint investigation was conducted on 7/6/2023. The investigation included observation, staff interviews and review of photo documentation. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant and supervision.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with an applicable standard and was documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the program director during the exit interview.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Complaint related: No Description: Based upon observation, the facility has not ensured that hazardous substances such as cleaning materials are kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence:
Three spray bottles of fluid of which one was labeled "Dolphins Bleach" were observed on a table where two children were seated playing with toys. A third child was behind the two playing children.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
