A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 11, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-D-1 Description: Based on record review, the center failed to ensure that staff members had a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care within 90 days of hire.
