A initial inspection was initiated on 7/19/2023 and concluded on 7/19/2023. There were no children in care. The childcare is located within a church. All three rooms have a direct access to the outside. and bathrooms are in each classroom. The Inspector inspected and measured 3 classrooms. The DOE forms will be used for the children records. Reviewed and discussed evacuation and shelter places, injury prevention procedures, injury report, infant feeding and supplies, medication storage, first aid kit, carbon monoxide detector in place, infant cribs, cots, bathroom and diaper changing area and supervision and outside play area. The center will not offer transportation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
