An unannounced on-site non mandated inspection was conducted on 07/11/2023. There were 36 children, ages 10 months-12 years, and 7 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, large motor play outside, and painting. A total of 3 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: labeling all personal items, and record keeping. The inspector arrived at 10:40 AM and departed at 11:40 AM.

Evidence:
Staff # 1 had a documented employment date of 05/22/2023. Staff # 1 indicated on the sworn statement that they have lived outside of the state of Virginia in the past five years.
