The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on 07/19/2023 and concluded on 07/19/2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on 06/27/2023 for allegations regarding supervision, policies and procedures and parent communication. Interviews were conducted and documents were reviewed regarding the complaint. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
