A complaint inspection was conducted on August 17, 2023, from 10:30am to 12:40pm in response to a complaint that was received by the department on August 11, 2023, regarding allegations in the care of the children at the center. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, classroom observations were completed during lunch and group activity, and a tour of the facility was conducted. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were issued. The complaint is determined to be not valid and will close.
