An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 08/24/2023 from 10:50 a.m. to 11:40 p.m.. The complaint was received on 08/11/2023 regarding administration, staffing and supervision. Three staff members were interviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint dispositions was, therefore, ?not valid?.
