An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/24/2023 from 12:20 pm to 1:10 pm in response to a self-reported incident. There were 43 children in care, ages five months to four years. The Licensing Inspector reviewed one children record, one staff record, and other program records. The children were observed playing inside. Two staff were interviewed and relatives of the child were interviewed by phone after the inspector left the center.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
