An investigation was initiated from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm to investigate a complaint regarding standard clean, safe, and operable. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The complaint regarding clean, safe, and operable is determined to be valid.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Standard #: 8VAC20-780-270-A Complaint related: Yes Description: Based on interviews and review of documentation it was determined that not all areas in the center were maintained in operable condition. Evidence: The facilities' fire alarm panel which is utilized to alert occupants in the building as well as emergency services of a fire is inoperable. Plan of Correction: Not available online.
