Consultation was given on revising the second page of the initial application to reflect the change in capacity and hours. Pease write "Revised" at the top and submit through the on-line portal.
Central Registry checks are taking an average of 6 weeks to complete so any staff with October expiration dates should submit it soon. The CPS can be done through the portal. Please use the attached link for the most recent/updated background information. A building evaluation form will be sent with the visit notes that can be used by State Licensing to issue a license.

An announced modification monitoring visit was conducted to review new location. Emergency preparation/plan, asbestos plan, background and health records for staff as well as physical space were observed. Four classrooms are set-up for children in care but none were on-site today as the program is waiting for the final certificate of occupancy from the County. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
