An investigation was initiated on 9/15/23 and concluded on 9/18/23 in response to a complaint received by the department regarding classroom ratios and infant sleep procedures. An on-site inspection was conducted on 9/15/23 and all classrooms were observed. Interviews with staff were conducted and documentation related to the complaint was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law and the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
