Updated Sworn Disclosure Statement must be used for anyone hired after 11/2022. Form was provided to facility. All Staff should complete new forms. (Retain old forms in file)
All staff hired need to complete the VDOE sponsored orientation course within 90 days of employment. Staff not working with children (ie. kitchen staff) are not required to complete 16 hours of annual training. Only training in the emergency preparedness and response plan, child abuse and neglect, and mandated reporter training.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today (60 days after children were ]enrolled). Children were resting quietly during the inspection.
The emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, cot/crib spacing, top and bottom covers and the menu were all in compliance.
