A complaint investigation was conducted on August 17, 2023 with the center director in regards to a complaint received by the Valley licensing office regarding care, protection and guidance, forbidden action and behavioral guidance.
Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation was reviewed. The classroom was observed.
Based on the preponderance of the evidence gathered during the inspection, the complaint was determined to be not valid.
The exit interview was conducted with the center director on September 13, 2023.
