A monitoring inspection including a self reported behavior guidance incident was conducted today between 12:30pm and 2:00pm. There were 70 children present with 18 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Interviews were conducted and video footage of the day regarding the self reported incident was reviewed. The children were observed finishing lunch, getting ready for naptime and napping. A total of 5 children records and 7 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
