An annual subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 8/31/23 from 11:00am until 12:15pm. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. All applicable subsidy requirements were reviewed with the vendor. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
