A monitoring record review inspection was initiated on September 21, 2023 from 4:45pm ? 6:50pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training and background checks. A total of four staff records were reviewed . Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to th program.

Evidence:
Staff #1 and Staff #3 did not have documentation to demonstrate that the indvidual possess the education certification , and experience required by job position.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-240-A Description: Based on record review and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure the Virginia Department of Education-sponsored orientation course shall be completed within 90 calendar days of employment.
