An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/03/2023. There were 39 children, ages 5 months-5 years, and 10 staff members present during the inspection. A total of 4 children?s records and 4 staff records, were reviewed. Observed the following: outside play, handwashing, lunch and start of nap. The inspector discussed the following with staff: record keeping. The inspector arrived at 10:40 AM and departed at 12:20 PM.

Evidence:
Staff # 2 record indicated that the job title for staff # 2 was a program leader. The staff person did not have the required 6 months of supervised programmatic experience in a childcare setting.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
