An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 9/20/2023 beginning at 2:15 p.m. regarding supervision, programs and bathroom procedures. Staff interviews were conducted. One child's file was reviewed. Classroom observation was conducted.
Based upon the preponderance of the evidence collected, the complaint regarding supervision, programs and bathroom procedures was determined to be not valid.
