An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 10/23/2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 9:28 am-10:08 am. There were 61 children present, ranging in ages from 4 months to 5 years, with 19 staff supervising.
The center is on a provisional license and this visit focused on the main area(s) of previous non-compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, programming, special care provisions and emergencies and background checks. Five child records and three staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
