A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/24/2023. There were 73 children, ages 2 years - 5 years, 11 staff members providing direct care and supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during teacher directed activities, self-directed activities, outdoor time, mealtime and nap time. A total of 8 children?s records, 8 staff records, 1 agent/applicant record, and 7 medications were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: snack and over the counter skin products. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 10:00 am and departed approximately 1:10 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
After review with the Licensing Administrator, the inspection documents were updated on 12/18/2023 to correct an administrative error.
