The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on October 13, 2023. The inspection was initiated at the facility on November 6, 2023 from 9:55am to 1:45 pm. The complaint was regarding allegations related to staffing and supervison. During the investigation,observation were conducted and staff were interviewed.
There was not a preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation to support the allegation in regards to staffing and supervision ; therefore, the allegation is determined to be not valid.
