An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on November 8, 2023 and completed on November 13, 2023 regarding concerns of Staffing Training /Qualifications and Physical Plant.
During the inspection the following were completed: interviews with administrative staff, center staff, a review of records/documentation and observation of the canters physical plant.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation related to Staff Training and Physical Plant and therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
