A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 11/15/2023.There were 31 children present with 5 staff supervising and 1 administrator. The children were observed during classroom time engaged in various centers and observed during teacher led activities. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:20 am and concluded at 11:10 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-A Description: Based on record review and staff interview the center did not ensure documentation of the Tuberculosis screening shall have been completed within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment.
Evidence: The director confirmed Staff #3?s TB screening was dated 7/28/2022 and their first date of employment was 10/24/2022.Plan of Correction: HR Manager will ensure that a TB screening will be completed within the last 30 days of the date of employment.
