The Division received a complaint on August 10, 2023 regarding supervision and injury reporting . An inspection was initiated with two local agencies on August 23, 2023, and video footage was reviewed. Additional interviews were conducted with two local agencies on 9/1/2023 and 10/03/2023.Two staff files and one child's file were reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
