A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/13/2023 at approximately 7:55am and concluded on 12/13/2023 at approximately 9:20am. There were a total of 27 children with 6 staff members present. Children were observed during lining up for the bathroom, engaged in group activities and participating in circle time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
