An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/17/2024. There were 68 children, ages 2 years-10 years, 14 staff and 2 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medications were observed during the inspection. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 11 medications were reviewed. The children were observed during lunch and nap time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:55am and departed the center at 12:56pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
