An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on November 27, 2025, from 2:00pm until 3:15pm in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/20/2023, regarding allegations related to non-compliance with ratio and physical plant. Documentation was reviewed, interviews with the owner, director and two teachers were conducted. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not supports the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
