An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 9/11/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the Office of Child Care Health and Safety. Interviews were conducted with the cooperation of local DSS, with child care staff relating to allegations of lack of supervision. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, and the complaint is determined to be valid.
