An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today with the director from 2:35 pm to 4:15 pm. There were 29 children present, ages ranging from 7 months to 12 years with 6 staff providing supervision. During the walkthrough, many of the children were eating their pm snack which consisted of crackers, peaches and water while other children were awakening from their afternoon nap. There were no medications on site and a sample size of 8 injury/accident reports were reviewed. Six children and staff files were reviewed and determined to be incompliance. The most recent Fire Inspection was dated 7/11/23 and the Health Inspection was dated 2/28/23. The center does not transport children at this time so there were no vans/buses to inspect. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
