Discussed with staff about outdoor supervision and having structured activities for the groups
in programming areas.

An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted due to a injury that outside medical treatment was needed. Inspection was conducted on February 13, 2024 from 3:30pm - 4:57pm and the inspection was concluded on February 19, 2024.
Observations and interviews were conducted and, documentation of injury and staff and children records were reviewed remotley.
Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no violations.
