Standard #: 8VAC20-780-320-B Description: Based on thermometer readings, the center failed to ensure that each restroom provided for children shall have sinks located near the toilets and that are supplied with running warm water that does not exceed 120?F.
Evidence:
1. The water in the sink in the restroom on the right measured approximately 123?F.
2. The water in the sink in the restroom on the left measured approximately 122?F.Plan of Correction: Staff will contact maintenance personnel.
