Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Description: Based on observation, hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were not kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence:
1. In the Dolphins classroom, two bottles of bleach and water were not kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. The two bottles were located on a high shelf.Plan of Correction: The two bottles of bleach and water were immediately locked up at the time of the inspection. All cleaning materials will be locked up moving forward.
