An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/15/2024 from 12:44 pm to 2:44 pm. There were 28 children in care, ages four months to five years, in two groups with six staff.
five child records, three staff records, zero medication records and associated records, and other documents were reviewed. Children were observed in in free play and napping.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center failed to have a fall zone around playground equipment free of hazardous obstacles.
