Based on observation, the center failed to
ensure that all chemicals were locked using a
safe locking method that prevents access by
children.
Evidence:
Outside the childcare room, sitting on the table were two clear spray bottles and a spray can of Lysol that was unlocked. The table was located next to the water fountain that is used by the children in care.Plan of Correction: The director of child care will work with the organization to ensure that all chemicals are not accessible to the children in care.

ensure that the substitute container shall clearly indicate their contents and shall not resemble food or beverage containers.
Evidence:
There were two unlabeled plastic spray bottles with a clear solution on the table by the water fountain. Staff # 6 confirmed it was a cleaning solution that is used for the members of the workout area.Plan of Correction: The program will ensure that all unlabeled spray bottles will indicate their contents.
