Discussed CPR course need to have in person course with skills. Requirement for Subsidy for all staff to have CPR and First Aid with in 90 days from employment.

An unannounced non-mandated monitoring focus inspection was conducted on March 14, 2024 from 8:08 am-9:10 am. Inspection concluded on March 19, 2024 after recieve staff recrd documents sent remotley. At the time of entrance, approximatly 12 children were in care with 5 staff members present. Children were leaving on buses to go to school on both public school buses and YMCA transportation. The sample size consisted of 5 children records and 6 staff records.

Evidence:
Staff #2 did not have documentaiton of completing Virginia Department of Education-sponsored orientation course within 90 calendar days of employment.
