A complaint was received by the licensing office on April, 4 2024, regarding allegations in the areas of procedures for emergencies and staff training. An investigation was initiated on April 9, 2024 and concluded on April 23, 2024. Observations were made, interviews were completed, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of evidence gathered supports violations of the standards. Areas of noncompliance can be found in the violation notice. Areas of noncompliance not related to the complaint but identified during the course of the investigation can also be found on the violation notice. Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it within 5 business days from receipt. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Any plans of correction not received within 5 business days will result in the plans not appearing on the public website. Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-A Complaint related: No Description: Based on record review and interview, the center failed to ensure that each staff member submits documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening at the time of employment and prior to coming into contact with children.
Evidence:
